Brown Derby Grapefruit Cake

This recipe is supposed to be the one Disney uses at the Brown Derby restaurant at MGM. I skipped the food coloring, but I think it would look better with it.

wow..that cake looks so pretty! Is is pretty tart tasting?

No, it’s not that tart. The cake part has just a hint of citrus but the icing is where it’s at.
