Roasted Raspberry Chipotle & Mangchego Chicken Tapas
And
Puttin’ on the Grits Chipotle Pork Medallions with Gorgonzola
Each recipe won $500!
Here’s a picture of us waiting for results to be announced. It was a fun day.

You’re amazing. I wish I could cook good enough for people to award me money! Alas, I’ve just been learning many techniques while I’m in my late 20′s!
I love the flavor of raspberry chipotle! Saw some sauce at a Paula Deen show here in MS but haven’t been to the store to get any yet! It was SOOOO good.
Congratulations! I’ll have to try these out.
Those recipes sound great! Congratulations! : )
wow, so you’re here now? Cool, I’ll update my links. =)
Jill, when I was in my late twenties, I didn’t do much real “cooking” at all. I still baked, but not cooked. In fact, when I lived in New York, I went for a whole year eating nothing but turkey sandwiches for dinner…..at least on night’s when I ate at home.
Claire, I’m glad the raspberry chipotle is becoming more widespread. It really is an amazing ingredient.
Jennifer and Steph, I hope you give those recipes a try. The pork is super easy. The grits are soupier than some recipes, but I like them that way.
Jaay, glad you stopped by. And thanks for updating! I know updating links is a pain.
