Lance was there. Since the gym is new, they had him come in and give a speech on stage. He talked about the New York marathon and some other stuff. He also has a bar downtown called "Six". As for the chai, I don't think the chai tea powder would work because it has sugar in it. It might, but unless you want to be experimental, it's probably better to just go with the tea bag.
