The bake-sale is over. It was lots of fun and we raised quite a bit of money for the kids. Many parents donated baked goodies and it was fun seeing how creative they with packaging and wrapping. Here’s a caramel brownie from yesterday. They’re firm when chilled, but they soften a little up at room temperature. I’m packing them in cellophane bags (see below) while they are firm.
