Happy Easter!

We spent the holiday at a hospital in Houston with my grandmother. She’s had some health issues lately, but is doing much better and we were all happy to be with her.

Fuzz used to be scared of hospitals, but not anymore. She spent hours with us in the room and took plenty of walks through the halls of both St. Luke’s and the children’s hospital, which is connected to it. The Easter bunny, who had visited her the previous night in the hotel, left her a drawing pad and markers. Fuzz walked around the hospital drawing pictures of things she saw while I, Todd and my aunt Dianne took photos. Despite the gravity of the situation, we had a happy Easter and were able to go to a Roman Catholic mass (none of us are Roman Catholic, btw!) in the hotel.

Fuzz is getting cuter with each picture. Thanks for sharing.

Hope “gradma” makes a full recovery. How I wish I still had mine. But then again, she would be 110.

    Hi Bev,
Fuzz says thanks for the compliment. We try to do a bluebonnet picture every year.

    Carole, I hope so too.

Ooops! I meant bluebonnets, not bluebells! You can tell I’m not from Texas! (But, I do have a niece living in Austin.)
