Here’s a shot of three of my favorite cooks — Karen, Erin and Jenny. Thanks to whomever took this picture. It’s nice to see these three in one place.
Here are some good notes and tips from a judge. I feel really, really sorry for the macadamia nut crusted chicken person. It’s hard when an (otherwise) good recipe gets disqualified due to typos. I also just made a note to myself not to do leave the mint out of anything I call”mojito”.
