Most of you probably come here looking for cookie recipes, right? It’s called Cookie Madness, no?
Well, I apologize for my divergence into cakes, pies and sometimes bread pudding. However, I did find a fun link for you today.(!).(!).
Remember the Mrs. Fields Cookie Contest I mentioned a few months ago? Check it out! A lot of people have populated the galleries with various cookie photos and recipes. I think my favorite one is “Melanie’s Felonies”. I’m not even sure what the cookie was, but I wish my name were Melanie so I could call my cookies that.

What a huge variety of cookies! I sent one in, but never had a chance to look at all the recipes and pics. Is one of these yours?
Rggg…Imso frustrated b/c I entered a recipe and it’s not listed under the voting places.
Lindsay, no, I did not enter that one. It sounded fun, but for some reason, I just didn’t get around to it. I actually forgot about it, but someone on the contest board mentioned it so I checked it out and found all those galleries.
Claire, I wonder what happened. What was the name of it so we can all be one the look-out?
I had submitted one as well that is not on the list. Perhaps they only chose some of the entries?
Lauren, maybe so. My recipe was in the “my own recipe” category and they don’t seem to have any of those in the “votable” area. They are called “Mountain Cookies.”
