I made the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies with Bailey’s today. They are truly “awesome”. My husband said they’re “exquisite”, and my son is eating them despite the nuts. That says a lot about how good they are.

I love those cookies too. For anyone wondering which one we are referring to, here is the direct link. The recipe calls for a small amount of Bailey’s Irish Cream, so these cookies can be your excuse to buy a bottle…..if you need one.

I haven’t tried it yet, but I wonder if using a flavored liquid non-dairy coffee creamer such as Coffee Mate would work as well as the Bailey’s.
