Herbed Roast Beef with Tomato Gravy

I’ll be posting the final bake-sale recipes later, but for now, here’s a link to a non-cookie recipe I submitted to Southern Living years ago. They published it (with a few modifications) in the May issue. I am pretty excited about this because I don’t really have a lot of beef recipes in my personal collection so seeing this one get some recognition made my day.

I’m putting this in the “Easy Entrees” category.

    Anna, this sounds so good! I, too, am lacking in the beef recipe category. Thousands of chicken recipes, of course, but beef…not so much. Thanks and congratulations!

    I want you to know I tried this over the weekend and it was simple and super tasty. Great recipe! Odd that they changed it a bit though nice to see it in print, I’m sure.
