This is a great tip to jot down
As much as I bake, I have never yet used pastry flour! Shocking, huh?
I love these tips, Anna! And since you’ve also told us how to make our own cake flour, we can use that to mix with the flour here. I like not having to buy the special flours that I don’t use often.
