I had a few over ripe bananas, so I was searching your site last evening looking for a recipe. I decided to give these a try. I didn't have crushed pineapple, so I substituted part of a can of Dole Tropical fruit. I pureed the fruit first. YUM! These bars are awesome. This recipe is going in my go-to file for sure! :)
