		<description>Agree with some of the previous comments -- Boston Creme Pie is best with spongecake.  Hot milk spongecake is a good one for it.  I used to make it all the time, but haven&#039;t made one recently.  Easiest way to do the custard is dump everything in, whether it&#039;s the microwave or a pan on the stove.  Somehow, when you add the butter with everything, you won&#039;t get any curdling; therefore, you can turn the heat up and get it done faster.  I prefer not using the microwave whenever possible, so I do it on the stove usually.</description>
