The best bet is to wrap the dough tightly and bake it right before you&#039;re ready to eat it.  The dough will stay fresh in the refrigerator for about a week.  If you want to go ahead and bake the cookie, bake it as directed, let it cool, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and freeze it until you&#039;re ready to it.  You can keep it up to 2 months in the freezer.</description>
