I took a break from baking cookies today and insted, assembled my interpretation of Clumbsy Cookie’s Oreomisu — a cross between icebox cake and tiramisu. I’ll have to get back to you on the taste. The filling seems a little sweet, but not in a bad way — that 1 teaspoon of icing sugar might be something I’d omit next time. But again, I need to get a full review from Todd.

That is the coolest dessert ever.
It looks so simple, tasty and fun! I just made the homemade oreos today (boy, we think too much alike sometimes). The oreos are good, but taste nothing like the real thing, which I knew would be so. So I’d definitely have to say if you want an Oreo–go buy some of the real thing! By the time you add up all the ingredients, the cost is about the same as buying a pkg. of Oreos. You knew that, Anna. (So did I, but just wanted to make them anyway.) I have a feeling the boys will gobble them up no matter what.
