Your best bet would be to make the dough, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, put it in a freezer bag, and then bake the cookies right before the wedding.  If you want to bake the cookies, you can do that too.  Bake the cookies and wrap them in little groups of 3 or 4 wrapped tightly with something like Press and Seal.  But my advice is to just freeze the dough and bake the night before.  They&#039;ll taste much fresher that way.</description>
