If these were made without cocoa, how much flour should be substituted? I want to make these for a friend who is sensitive to cocoa and chocolate. Now to order cinnamon chips online...:)

I just restocked my cinn. chip supply. This looks like a cookie I need to try. I've been thinking of other ways to use the chips...how about brownies? Maybe a brownie with more milk chocolate.

This recipe sounds so good! When I got groceries today I made sure to pick up a bag of cinnamon chips, and couldn't stop eating them out of the bag! I used half the bag to make cinnamon chip muffins for an after school snack (the kids declared them the best muffins ever), and I plan to use the other half to make these cookies for myself... yum!!!
