Today is National Buttercrunch Day.

Is any day NOT a food holiday?
Good thing we have an actual historic event to observe.
Still, I feel the need to incorporate cheese, buttercrunch and patriotism into one cookie. Can it be done?

I was gonna say cream cheese maybe, but you’ve already thought of that. What exactly is buttercrunch? Guess I’ll go look it up.
I think buttercrunch is the poor man’s almond roca.
Anyway. I decided to just make cannoli.
Cannoli! I’ve never made that or eaten it! I just googled it. It sounds GREAT!

I’m observing my birthday today and have now figured out why I love cheese so much!
