I’m trying a new recipe today called Souffle Glace Aux Framboises. It sounds complicated, but it’s really just stacks of meringue cookies sandwiched with raspberry mousse. The meringue cookies are done, but I’ve come to a standstill because I have no raspberries. So in the interim, here’s a cookie that’s straight off the Guittard 63% extra dark chocolate chip bag. These are good cookies, but what I’m really in love with are the chips themselves. I usually alternate between various brands, but now I go straight for these. It must be the shiny red bag. What are your favorite chocolate chips?
