thanks for working on this adaptation of the compost cookie.  i plan to try it soon.  i was recently in nyc so here’s the ingredient list off the back of a compost cookie wrapper from momofuku:

butter,
unbleached wheat flour,
sugar,
brown sugar,
chocolate chips,
butterscotch chips,
graham crumbs,
pretzels,
potato chips,
glucose syrup,
eggs,
whole oats,
cream milk powder,
coffee grounds,
salt,
baking powder,
baking soda.

hope that is useful to anyone working on making a batch of their own.</description>
