I’m still working on today’s post, but I thought I’d share a picture of my lazy kitchen helper. She trips me and bites me (though last night it was my fault because I tried to pull a piece of homemade Ouiji board out of her mouth), but I love her.
Plus, she’s good at cleaning up rice.

That is a HILARIOUS picture! My dog…a chocolate brown toy poodle…lays in the middle of my kitchen floor also! I always need to watch my step

That’s just what my corgi does when I’m cooking. Very helpful, especially when you’re carrying heavy pots of boiling water.
I call that pose “pigging on the floor” because she looks just like a sow.

Stormy, my Siberian husky, was the resident “floor warmer” and “egg slurper” for almost 20 years. I still automatically lift my feet when baking in the kitchen. LOL
It’s a tough life, but someone’s got to do it …
