Introducing, the ugliest cupcake in the world.
I told Fuzz she could eat it for breakfast this morning. She sat down to eat it, then got scared and asked me to take the bloody cupcake away. I guess it worked out well for both of us.

An oldie but a goodie from allrecipes.com. Good with just about any dried fruit and nut combo.
Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
1/4 cup light olive oil
3/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups pistachio nuts
