Here’s another quick and easy brownie recipe. What I like about this one, besides how easy it is, is that it makes sturdy, semi-fudgy, brownies which you can wrap individually should you wish to do that. This recipe is from Dorie Greenspan. I halved it, and baked the brownies in an 8 inch square pan. I also upped the ratio of chocolate to butter in the ganache and omitted the nutmeg.
