Another Flan Cake Picture
As I mentioned below in the comment section, the texture of the flan smooths out considerably after a few hours in the refrigerator. Here’s a cross-section shot. I think this would also be good with banana cake.

Wonder if I could adapt the idea for the PBO. Maybe a savory, appetiter. Will havw to think about this.

When I make this again, I want to try it with a pumpkin flan.
