Keeping with the theme of Aunt Ann’s Chocolate Sundae Cookies, Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies, Chocolate Marshmallow Pillows and Martha Stewart’s “Chocolate Surprise Cookies”, here’s a banana version of one of my favorite cookie combos – soft cookie, marshmallow and rich chocolate glaze.

Things are going okay today, despite the fact that I had to throw away a pan of mascarpone marbled brownies. Mascarpone is good amazing baked into brownies, but in this case, it was too fatty and greasy to work properly in marbled brownies. I think with marbling, cream cheese is still the way …
