A few weeks ago a reader, Cheri, sent me her favorite Ranger Cookie recipe. It’s similar to the other three Rangers but with some distinguishing details. The origin of Ranger Cookies is unknown, but here’s my theory. The recipe has been around since the 1930’s which coincides with the beginning of the radio program, The Lone Ranger.
