Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (Small Batch)

by on December 31, 2007 · 22 comments

Wait! Here’s one more thing before I take a little 2008 break. This is an old oatmeal cookie recipe, but I scaled it down and added the metric weights. These were jumbo cookies, so I used jumbo sized raisins. Small Batch Jumbo Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (94 grams) 1/2 teaspoon baking …

Small Batch Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies

Here’s another small batch vegan cookie. I came up with this recipe yesterday after making molasses cookies. Since this was highly experimental, I made a very small batch – 8 cookies. If you like the recipe, you might want to double it. If you are not a vegan but like using natural ingredients, honey is […]

Small Batch Halloween Monster Cookies

Halloween Cookies

Over the past few days, I’ve had a series of disappointing cookies. Some were experiments, and others were published recipes which I just didn’t care for. Chocolate Doubleheaders

by on July 25, 2006 · 8 comments

What we really wanted to make today was S’mores Bars, but since I didn’t have the ingredients and neither Fuzz nor I felt like going to the grocery store, we made these simple small batch chocolate cookies. These come together quickly and involved very few utensils. It’s the unusual technique which gives these cookies their […]

These are good. They are large and fat. I think the pictures say it all.
