Pineapple Orange Olive Oil Bundt Cake is made with Duncan Hines Signature Supreme Pineapple flavored cake mix, olive oil and fresh orange.
  • 1 package pineapple cake mix, (use Duncan Hines “Signature Pineapple)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Glaze
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, 1 cup of orange juice, olive oil and orange zest in large bowl.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes, then turn from pan.
  5. Combine sugar and remaining 1/4 cup orange juice in small saucepan; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Brush over warm cake.
