¼cuppeanut butter, plus a little more if needed(56 grams)
⅓cupwhite corn syrup or try golden syrup(110 grams)
⅓cupgranulated sugar(65 grams)
1 ⅓cups Grape Nuts cereal
Instructions
Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick foil (or use regular foil and spray it with cooking spray. Parchment should work too. You could also make these in a square pan, but they'll be slightly thinner.
In a large nonstick saucepan, combine the peanut butter, corn syrup and granulated sugar. Heat for about 2 minutes or until the peanut butter melts and the sugar just starts to dissolve.
Remove from heat, stir in the cereal, then dump it all into your lined pan.
Press down tightly to make a bar. Let it cool, then lift from pan and slice into 8 squares.
