cocktail sausages or mini hot dogs

egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)

sesame seeds or poppy seeds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow strips.
Wrap one strip of dough around each sausage, starting at one end and spiraling to the other. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush tops lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds, if using.
Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Serve warm with dipping sauces.
