Caramel Flavored Sweetened Condensed Milk Rocky Road
This easy rocky road candy gets a hint of caramel from Eagle Brand caramel flavored condensed milk. It's a seasonal product, so if you can't find the caramel flavored condensed milk, just use regular sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ 14 oz can of caramel flavored condensed milk 7 oz total
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup lightly salted peanuts
Instructions
- Line an 8 inch square pan with nonstick foil.
- Put the chocolate chips and butter in large microwave-safe mixing bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir well, then stir in half a can (7 oz) of condensed milk. Heat for another 30 seconds, then stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Add the marshmallows and peanuts and stir until coated, then turn into the lined pan and press down with another sheet of nonstick foil. Chill for an hour or until mixture is firm, then cut into squares. For a cleaner cut, freeze the candy before slicing.
