Lisa Yockelson’s Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies is an old recipe from Food and Wine. As expected, they were very good. They were thin, chewy, and less sweet than most chocolate chip cookies. I did make one minor change. Instead of using plain chocolate chips, I used a bag of Hersheys Premier Dark Chocolate Chips with Macadamias.
