1 cup peanut butter, crunchy = 258 grams/9.2 oz

1 cup molasses = 337 grams/12 oz

    You should also add that this list is not just for people who “like to weigh”, but also for people who ONLY go by the metic system, like the almost all of the world, with the exception of the United States, Myanmar, and Liberia?
