¾cupwhole wheat pastry flour or just use whole wheat flour or all-purpose(90 grams)

½cuplight brown sugar(100 grams)
¼cupgranulated sugar(50 grams)
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
¼cupapplesaucedrained on a paper towel
¼cupvegetable oil (can use canola)
½teaspoonvanilla
1 ½cuprolled oats
½cupraisinsplumped and patted dry

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
Mix both sugars, maple syrup, applesauce, oil and vanilla together in a medium bowl. Add the flour mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the oats, followed by raisins.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool for about 5-8 minutes on cookie sheets then carefully scoop up onto a wire rack.
