Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla, blending with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy, scraping down side of the bowl.
In a large bowl, carefully measure out the flour (weigh for best results), then mix evenly with the baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add ground oats and mix evenly. Add to the bowl and mix on medium-low until blended.
With the paddle on lowest speed, add the toffee bits, walnuts and grated chocolate. Also add the chips!
Scoop 1 ½ oz size balls of dough and put on dinner plates. Cover and chill until ready to bake or arrange on baking sheet and bake right away.
To make, bake at 375F for about 8 to 10 minutes (may take longer depending on oven) or until edges are crisp and middles are just set.
Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
