At some point I will add a photo, but for now here’s a recipe for Crockpot Cajun Pot Roast. This is one of those “throw it all in the slow cooker and wait” kind of recipes. You can use whatever Cajun seasoning you like. I either use Tony C’s (in which case I reduce it slightly or another brand called Badia.
CrockPot Cajun Pot Roast
2 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 onion, chopped
14 oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco or Sriracha)
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over roast and rub to coat
well. Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
