Entrees Archive is where you'll find some main dishes on Cookie Madness. Cookie Madness is a baking blog with a focus on sweets, but at one point I was casually putting the family's main dishes on the blog. The posts probably need editing, but some of the recipes are pretty good (basic, but good) so maybe you'll find something.

This is an interesting category.  Reading through my old posts I notice I open almost every one by saying "I hardly ever post savory recipes" or something like that.  It's true.  But in looking through the recipes it seems they are all really good ones and I just need to get with the times and update the photos.

Here are a few of my all-time favorite entrees from this category.

My daughter loves Veggie Burgers Made with Walnuts, though I don't make them nearly enough.  The Houston's Copycat Veggie Burgers are also very good.

This is a really simple pasta dish I got a long time ago from Muir Glen.  It's pretty basic, but we love it.  And I guess we really like simple, because the Wok Seared Chicken with Asparagus and Pistachios is another favorite.
