Angel and Chiffon Cakes
Angel and Chiffon Cakes are favorites at our house, which means I've collected a lot of recipes for them on Cookie Madness. Some of my top picks include the appropriately titled Favorite Angel Food Cake, Jean Anderson's Lemon Chiffon, and Chiffon Gingerbread, which is really more like a cake than a quick bread.
If you have some Wondra brand flour, you might be interested in trying the Wondra Angel Food Cake. The texture is a little tighter crumbed than usual Angel Food, but whether it's better is up for debate.
