Sorry I’m posting late, but here’s today’s recipe — another red velvet cake. This is from All in One Bakeshop’s Collection and it’s fool proof. I didn’t make any changes to the cake at all.

Red Velvet Cake
2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour (sifted, then measured 225 grams weigh)
4 tablespoons natural unsweetened cocoa powder (don’t use Dutch or dark)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk

I’m not crazy about crushed beetles or colors made in a lab, but I can’t help it. I love red velvet cake.
