Soup and Side Dishes

Soup and Side Dishes Archive includes a good number of soup and a very low number of side dishes. Hopefully it will grow! I mostly post cookies and sweets, but I also love making soup and some of the recipes here are pretty good.

We really like Turkey Poblano as well as Caribbean Black Bean and Fran Berman's Lentil Soup.

Tortilla Soup is also a favorite, and the recipe in the link is a good base.  This soup is kind of a staple for us and I make it a hundred different ways.  I recently adapted a new version for the Instant Pot and will add the recipe soon.
