Bagels, Pretzels and Pizza Archive has recipes of all kinds. This category also includes Pretzel Bread. Hopefully this category will grow as I continue to experiment with yeast breads.
Some of my top picks from this category are the Pretzel Bread, Soft Pumpernickel Pretzels and the Double Chocolate Bagels, which I don't make often enough. They're kind of a dessert bagel.
The Homemade Soft Pretzels with Beer recipe is very reliable. It's pretty much the only real "basic" pretzel recipe I use these days. However it makes a smaller batch so if you need more you may need to double.
You don't see a lot of recipes with spelt (or Sucanet, for that matter) these days, but if you have some spelt the Cinnamon Raisin Rye bagels, which are vegan, are excellent.
