I can’t decide what to make today. An actual meal would be good, but I’m leaning toward this.
The Daily Cookie, 365 Tempting Treats for the Sweetest Year of Your Life, is now available! If you love baking or are looking for a great gift book, you can buy it on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Indie Bound, or at your favorite book store. I hope you enjoy The Daily Cookie. Thanks for your support.

Go for it! Who needs regular food when you can eat tiramisu cheesecake? Have it done by the time I check back with you. I can stay on my diet this way and live vicariously through you.
By the way, I’m going to have to try one of those marble pound cakes for a church revival coming up, but I’m having a hard time choosing.
Thanks Lori! I’ll make the Jell-O dessert in your honor…oh, and for Todd. He’s kind of funny in that he’d rather have a Jell-O dessert or an icebox cake then just about anything else.
I LOVE Tiramisu! I’ve seen this recipe before (I LOVE Kraft.com!) and using Nilla Wafers is such a unique idea. I bet the vanilla flavor would be perfect! I can’t wait to make this too! Let me know how yours turn out k?
Okay, now I have double reason to make this.
Heading to the store right now.
Goodness! That sounds wonderful. I was just sitting here “halving” the recipe in my head and wondering if I could make it in a small round springform pan. Oh, please let us know how it turns out. pssst – I made the lowfat tropical dream cheesecake from the same site and it was really good.
Well, I just pulled it out of the oven a few minutes ago. Looks good!
Rather than halve it, I quartered the recipe and made it in a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Again, I think it would have been even better in an 8×4 inch loaf pan, but I don’t have one that size. Still, the 9×5 loaf pan worked. Bake time in a loaf pan was 28 minutes.
