Brownies from Cookie Madness

Welcome to the Brownie Recipe Archives on Cookie Madness. I love brownies so here you'll find a ton of different recipes.

These are all recipes I have tested over the years including fudgy, cakey, and in-between. This is currently a large category with many different brownie recipes Over time I will continue to update this category and assign certain brownies to more specific categories such as Brownies that are Fudgy, Brownies that are Cakey, and Brownies that are Unusual.  This one's kind of a catch-all.

I have one page called Favorite Brownies of All Time which lists some recipes I really like, but there are lots that aren't on the list.

Other brownie recipes that I really like are the Deluxe Brownies.  They're not overly fudgy, nor are they too cakey.  If anything, they are the quintessential "in-between".  I also like Frosted Brownies, even though they don't seem to be as popular these days as unfrosted fudgy ones.
