Here are some quick picks (and personal favorites) if you are interested.

Club Cracker Bars -- Very good!  I would make these more often if I always had soda crackers and graham crackers around at the same time.

Golden Graham's S'mores Bars -- Like all the textures.  Easy, but have to remember to buy the cereal.

Halfway Bars (Cookies) -- Lots of interesting textures and usually have all the ingredients.

Animal Cracker 7 Layer Bars -- Good excuse to buy animal crackers.
